Returns and exchanges

With cosmetics you do not have a right of return in every case — that is the law rather than our choice. This page says plainly when a return is possible and when it is not.

When an item cannot be returned

Cosmetics, perfumery, personal care products and manicure tools are on the official list of goods of satisfactory quality that cannot be returned or exchanged. This is set by the Ukrainian Law on Consumer Protection and by Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 19 March 1994.

The rule applies when nothing is wrong with the item, but the colour or the scent did not suit you, or you changed your mind about using it.

When an item can be returned

When the item is faulty. That includes:

• a manufacturing defect;
• damaged packaging;
• an expired shelf life;
• our own mistake — the wrong item was sent.

Conditions

• the item and its packaging are intact;
• you have the receipt or another proof of purchase;
• you contact us within 1–3 days of receiving the order.

What you get

The choice is yours, not ours. You may ask for the same item in exchange, or for your money back. Refunds go to the account the payment came from, within the periods set by Ukrainian law.
