Return Policy

Products of proper quality

Cosmetics, perfumery, personal care products and manicure or pedicure tools of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged. This is set by the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” and Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 19 March 1994. The rule applies when the product simply did not suit you by colour or scent, or you changed your mind about using it.

Faulty or incorrect products

You can return or exchange a product if:

• a manufacturing defect or damaged packaging is found on delivery;
• the shelf life had expired at the time of purchase;
• we made a mistake — sent the wrong product, size or item.

What is required to return a faulty product

• the presentation and the original packaging are intact, as far as possible given the defect;
• proof of purchase: a receipt or a delivery note;
• you contact us within 1–3 days of inspecting the order at the post office.
